Nordic Envoy's CEO Morgan Andersson is one of many entrepreneurs who found AM Printservice. He needed a sustainable and quick solution to his problem, while at the same time it needed to be cost-effective.
- We have had the opportunity to grow and therefore also need to streamline our operations. When we print our Klean Kanteen bottles in full colour, the bottles need to fit in the holder with exact precision. The slightest deviation means that the print ends up skewed and then we have to discard that bottle.
A waste that in the long run means losses for the company, of course.
The fixture that came with the printer is unreliable and difficult to handle. By providing AM printservice with the drawings of the different bottle models and also the statement of need, they quickly came up with a solution to the problem.
- Just a few days later I had a holder that fixes the bottles perfectly in the holder," says a satisfied Morgan Andersson.
He has also recently developed a new fixture for the laser engraver that allows him to engrave several bottles at a time with the same impeccable results.
The plastic used in the prints is of very high quality and can withstand years of use. It is also unaffected by chemicals and can withstand very high temperatures. As a customer, you can also choose to order one print or several thousand.
- There are many innovators and entrepreneurs who need similar solutions. Our company can quickly and very cheaply produce prototypes and actual products for their needs. In order to provide a good and personalised service, we now have two service offices, one in Västervik and one in Linköping.
