General conditions for AM Printservice

The following general terms and conditions apply when purchasing a service or other interaction from the company AM Printservice Nordic AB, organisation number 559255-4744. Hereafter referred to as AM Printservice. Last updated 2021-05-05

About the company

AM Printservice offers printing services of 3D models via manual request or through the web portal at www.amprintservice.com to corporate customers. The model is defined in accordance with the customer assignment or in accordance with the applicable instructions on the web portal.

Quotations and order confirmations

Quotations and order confirmations are binding documents, all quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed. All quotations must be accepted in writing, after which AM Printservice will send an order confirmation with a confirmed lead time.

Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Lead times vary and are specified in the order confirmations. In the event of a time extension, this will be notified. The risk of delivery passes to the customer when the goods are handed over to the carrier.

Quality

AM Printservice is not responsible for the quality of the file that the customer chooses to send as a model, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. Neither is AM Printservice responsible for design deficiencies in the details - the company is only responsible for delivering the physical equivalent of your 3D file.

Substrate

All customer data received is handled with care and is only used to enable production. Files in the web portal are automatically saved but deleted on request to info@amprintservice.com.
As a user of the service, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the models, in terms of content and
design, text and motifs:

  • does not infringe a trade mark, copyright or other intellectual property.
  • does not violate laws, regulations, government instructions, use or customisation.
  • does not cause damage or other inconvenience to AM Printservice or third parties.

AM Printservice reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel an order if it is deemed by AM Printservice to be impracticable, inappropriate and/or in conflict with AM Printservice's values and ethics. AM Printservice rejects all manufacturing of weapons and components for the arms industry

Specifically on confidential customer files

AM Printservice offers various options for customers to submit drawings and get a quote for the job. One option is to email the material directly to AM Printservice to get a manual handling of the material and the quote. Another is for the customer to upload their material directly to the website to receive an automated quote.

However, AM Printservice does not take responsibility for the security of material that is emailed or uploaded to the website. Customers who wish to submit confidential material to AM Printservice must therefore always contact the company so that it can arrange for secure handling of the material.

Right of cancellation

The customer has no right of cancellation after placing an order because the goods were produced specifically at the customer's request and on the customer's basis.

Complaints

If the goods delivered are faulty, and this is not due to the buyer or any circumstance on his part, the buyer may demand rectification and redelivery. Time limit for complaints? If repair and replacement are not possible, the buyer has the right to cancel the contract.

AM Printservice is not liable for damages for the delivery of a faulty product. AM Printservice disclaims liability for all indirect costs resulting from any errors, including any costs for third parties.

Delay in delivery

Customer delay

In the event of late payment of an invoice, interest on arrears of 13% will be applied from the date of the invoice.

Protection of personal data (GDPR)

AM Printservice processes the customer's personal data on the basis of a contract. The personal data processed is usually the customer's company name, first and last name of the customer, telephone number and e-mail address. We do this securely and without selling the information to third parties. AM Printservice complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and national implemented legislation adopted with regard to GDPR.

Cookies

AM Printservice.com and the web portal use cookies to improve the customer experience on the website. If necessary, cookies can be disabled in your browser settings.

Dispute

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden and shall be settled by the courts of Sweden.
