Medel partikelstorlek ligger i intervallet 70-90 \u00b5m vilket bidrar till god fl\u00f6desf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga och stabil processbarhet i industriell produktion. Glas\u00f6verg\u00e5ngstemperaturen \u00e4r cirka -48 \u00b0C, vilket ger god flexibilitet \u00e4ven vid l\u00e5ga temperaturer, medan sm\u00e4ltintervallet ligger mellan 120 och 150 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Ur termisk synpunkt uppvisar materialet UL 94 HB klassificering (1,6-4,2 mm) samt en Vicat-mjukningstemperatur p\u00e5 cirka 97-98 \u00b0C, vilket ger stabilitet under normala anv\u00e4ndningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden.<\/p>\n\t<h2><b>Mechanical properties<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>TPU01 har en Shore A-h\u00e5rdhet p\u00e5 88-90 och uppvisar en dragh\u00e5llfasthet p\u00e5 cirka 9 MPa i X-led och 7 MPa i Z-led enligt DIN 53504. T\u00f6jningen vid brott \u00e4r mycket h\u00f6g och uppg\u00e5r till cirka 280 % i X-led och 150 % i Z-led, vilket tydligt visar materialets elastiska karakt\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>The modulus of elasticity is around 85 MPa and the flexural modulus is approximately 75 MPa, providing a good balance between flexibility and dimensional stability. The tear strength is also high, with approximately 21 kN\/m in the X-direction and 18 kN\/m in the Z-direction for propagation, and up to 38 kN\/m and 32 kN\/m respectively for initiation.<\/p>\n<p>Materialet uppvisar en kompressionsset p\u00e5 cirka 23-24 % efter 72 timmar vid 23 \u00b0C, samt en \u00e5terfj\u00e4dring p\u00e5 cirka 63 %, vilket \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r applikationer med \u00e5terkommande deformation.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00f6tningsbest\u00e4ndigheten ligger runt 96-100 mm\u00b3 enligt DIN ISO 4649. Vid slagprovning uppvisar materialet mycket god prestanda utan brott vid rumstemperatur, samt 44-46 kJ\/m\u00b2 vid -10 \u00b0C. This includes sports and leisure products where shock absorption is required, footwear and comfort components, as well as the transport industry where vibrations and mechanical stresses occur.<\/p>\n<p>The material is also suitable for the manufacture of various types of rubber-like components, such as flexible guards, seals, protective hoses, bushings, and moving parts that require repeated deformation and return to their original shape.
